Congratulations, you have successfully logged in to the Member's Area of the our website.
Check the Documents page for Training-related documents. Most of these will eventually be moved into the new training area, but meanwhile go to the Documents page and scroll to the bottom to see the new documents.
Please note that some of the information given in this area may be sensitive in nature and must be considered as strictly confidential. Please ensure that any documents or web pages printed out are kept safely and are securely destroyed after use.
You may notice that you only need to log in to the Member's Area once during each browser session, and can then go back and forward between the public area of the site and the Member's Area without logging in a second time. As a result you should always close your browser after use to ensure others cannot access these pages.
We would like this area to become the main information point for our organisation. Eventually you should be able to check everything from dates of training and events, through to details of callouts, Midshires documents, photo galleries, maps and all things in between.
If there is something that you would like to see added, just let me know. I can't promise everything will be done straight away, but if it is something that most members agree is useful, I will try to get it up and running as quickly as possible.
But please note - to really make the site relevant to all of us, and to speed up the addition of new pages, it would be useful if everyone could make some contribution. Please send me any articles, references to documents, pictures relating to Midshires, or anything else that may be useful - I can get it online, but I need your help with the material. Even if it does not get onto the website, everything you contribute will be kept to form an invaluable archive of material about our organisation.
You can send electronic documents and photos to me via email at enquiries@midshires.org.uk or provide them on CD, DVD, memory stick, etc. If you only have non-electronic copies, I can get these scanned in if you are willing to lend me the documents for a few days. I should be able to process most types of file for pictures and documents, but if you use an unusual format, please check with me before sending them.
Right, that's enough from me! Please explore the site and keep coming back to see what has been added. Click on the Home link in the left column to return to the Home Page of the public area of the site. Hyperlinks will take you between the different sections within the Member's Area where applicable, but this page will act as the main jumping-off point for the different sections, so click on the Member's Home link on each page to return to this page and select the next area you wish to explore.
